Fully Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine with collating or without collating
 
We offer a comprehensive range of fully automatic PLC based shrink wrapping machines, which is used in shrink wrapping applications across industries. Collating means, to arrange the no. of products automatically in matrix i.e. 2X6, 3X4,4 X4, 6 X3 etc. vertically or horizontally as per the requirement of customer before wrapping with the film and subsequently for shrink wrapping in tunnel. Available in fully automatic operational specifications, we can also customized our range to meet specific requirements of our clients.
 
These PLC based shrink wrapping machines are used for packaging of number of products.Big single products.ther will be one roll on top and another roll on bottom. Both roll will be sealed manually , then put into automation . product will be pushed one by one through the film and will be sealed , and will enter into shrink tunnel automatically, for skin tight wrapping finish.

Semi Automatic L-Bar Sealer Shrink Wrapper is a fully modular sealing system designed to cycle at speeds of up to 15 packages per minute - depending on sealing operator dexterity. The basic semi automatic l-bar sealer shrink wrapper is a table top unit which can be expanded as required to include magnetic hold down, discharge conveyor and floor stand with casters. Semi Automatic L-Bar Sealer seals up to 15 packages per minute. A heavy duty shrink wrapper machine constructed with painted sheet metal.

Features of L-Sealer

  • Safety cut-off system for sealing blade

  • Product take off conveyor.
  • The sealing head is counter balanced requiring no springs to return seal head to the home position.
  • The temperature compensation circuit provides accurate temperature control.
  • Dual electromagnets and film clamps ensure a strong seal.
  • A cushioning cylinder is used to stop the sealing head smoothly when the seal cycle is completed.
  • The shrink wrapper is constructed of heavy duty painted sheet metal.

Product information:

Shrink Tunnel - Shrink Wrap Machine is built with 360 air delivery system for outstanding shrink packaging performance. Shrink Tunnel is supplied with casters for easy placement and leveling feet to adjust to the height of the conveyor which enables level transfer from the sealer system.
 
Features
  • The Shrink Tunnel conveyor system is either chain and silicone rollers or stainless steel mesh belt.
  • Shrink Tunnel conveyor drive is D.C. permanent magnet variable speed control.
  • The roller conveyor system can be changed externally from live to dead rollers depending on films being processed.
  • Shrink tunnel conveyor is driven by a ¼ H.P. D.C. motor controlled by a S.C.R. drive control.
  • Shrink tunnel circulating fan is of cast aluminum mounted on a 1" sealed ball bearing.
  • Shrink tunnel heating capacity is 4 TO 8  KW.
